Who We Are

GDEA Radio FM 92.3 is the broadcast ministry of the Gospel Distribution Evangelical Association (GDEA), a Spirit-filled Christian ministry with a burning mandate to take the Gospel of Jesus Christ to every person within the reach of their signal and beyond.

Situated in Ijebu-Igbo, Ogun State, Nigeria, GDEA Radio FM 92.3 broadcasts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - carrying anointed preaching, Spirit-filled worship, intercessory prayer, testimonies, and the life-transforming Word of God to thousands of listeners every single day.

The name Hosanna - Praise to the Lion of Judah - is the heartbeat of this ministry. The Word of God declared through GDEA Radio commands the ear, the mind, the heart and exalts the name of Jesus.

GDEA Radio is more than entertainment - it is a prophetic instrument in the hands of God for the salvation of souls, the strengthening of the faithful, and the transformation of communities.

The History of GDEA Radio

From a divine vision to a living frequency - how GDEA Radio FM 92.3 was born and grew.

THE VISION
A Burden for the Airwaves
The Gospel Distribution Evangelical Association, already committed to reaching the lost through crusades and grassroots outreaches across Ogun State, received a clear vision from God to take the Gospel to the radio airwaves - to reach souls who could not be reached through conventional means.
THE PREPARATION
Building Towards a Frequency
With faith and sacrifice, the leadership of GDEA embarked on the extensive process of obtaining a broadcast licence, securing the equipment, and building the studio facilities necessary to launch a professional gospel radio station in Ogun State.
THE LAUNCH
GDEA Radio FM 92.3 Goes Live
With much prayer, joy, and the blessing of God, GDEA Radio FM 92.3 launched its first broadcast across Ogun State - and the Lion roared. The motto Hosanna was established, and the airwaves were never the same again.
GROWING
Expanding Our Reach
GDEA Radio grew rapidly in listenership and impact - adding online streaming capabilities to reach the Nigerian diaspora and gospel listeners around the world. The vision of reaching every creature was taking shape, one broadcast at a time.

Today, GDEA Radio FM 92.3 broadcasts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - with a full schedule of Spirit-filled programmes, live music, call-in prayer, anointed preaching, and the Word of God. The Lion has roared, and the world is hearing.
